Pizzeoli Wood Fired Pizza is a casual restaurant serving Naples-style pizzas with vegetarian and vegan toppings, paired with beer and wine. Pizza Head has seen a few changes in its short time open, starting with the owner. Jeff Orbin originally opened the restaurant, but he sold it in 2017 to current owner Kevin Brown. What has stayed the same, however, is the commitment to quality. Pizza Head is about giving the people what they want: pizza perfection. The family immigrated to the United States from Spain and opened the restaurant as a way to share their culture and cuisine with the people of St. Louis. The menu at Guido’s is full of classic Italian and Spanish dishes. Some of our favorites include homemade lasagna, award-winning pizza, and rich caramelized flan. But really, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
Their pizza has an amazing thin crust that is both crispy and chewy. And their sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. We could go on and on about how delicious their pizza is, but we’ll say it’s one of the best slices in St. Louis.
